Step 1 – Lay out the profiles

Place the two long profiles (1140 mm) and the two shorter profiles (830 mm) on your workbench.
Step 2 – Assemble the frame

The quick connectors are already pre-assembled inside the profiles. Simply slide the short profiles into the long ones and tighten the connector screws. Repeat on all corners until the frame is closed.
Step 3 – Prepare the wheels

Sort the 2 swivel wheels with brakes and 2 without brakes, along with the screws and washers.
Step 4 – Prepare the slot nuts with spring in the profile

Insert the slot nuts in the slot of the profiles as shown in the image
Step 5 – Fix the rollers

Fix the rollers by putting the screws into the slot nuts
Step 6 – Put the connection plates

Lastly we put the connection plates 45x90 on the profile, to hold the palett in place later
Step 7 – Final step
