Pallet carrier

Pallet carrier

We built this pallet carrier as a practical solution for moving Euro-pallets and heavy goods in workshops, warehouses, or production areas. Built from robust aluminum profiles and connectors, it is easy to assemble, lightweight yet strong, and can be adapted to different pallet sizes.

Tutorial

  1. Step 1 – Lay out the profiles

Place the two long profiles (1140 mm) and the two shorter profiles (830 mm) on your workbench.

  2. Step 2 – Assemble the frame

The quick connectors are already pre-assembled inside the profiles. Simply slide the short profiles into the long ones and tighten the connector screws. Repeat on all corners until the frame is closed.
