We are a small company with only 25 people working in the warehouse. Order volume - and so their work volume - fluctuates considerably according to weather, football championships, bank holidays in 28 European countries and many other parameters.
Our staff comes second (America first of course...) and we will not ask them to work faster or slower in exceptional circumstances.
That's why these delivery times are to be considered AN ESTIMATE.
